The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, officially starts his first visit to Tirana.

He landed at the Rinas airport, where he was received by the Foreign Minister, Igli Hasani, the Albanian ambassador to the US, Ervin Bushati, together with the US envoy to Tirana, David Wisner.
